Each piece is crafted from steel, with some featuring a black ion-plating (IP) finish, which Seiko refers to as a \"black hard coating.\" The side of each case is engraved with the character's name in the \"Aurebesh\" language from the Star Wars universe. The dial displays both the Star Wars and Seiko logos, while the case back features a character-themed design, available in both exhibition (see-through) and solid styles. The second hand is designed to resemble the lightsaber color used by the character in the film. These watches include day, date, and power reserve indicators. The C-3PO and Yoda models are similar, differing only in dial and case design; both feature 41.7 mm steel cases with automatic movements. The C-3PO model has a striking black and gold dial, while the Yoda watch looks more unique with a metallic green dial and a \"lightsaber\" second hand, featuring the Rebel Alliance logo and the signature phrase \"May the Force be with you\" on the case back. The Darth Vader and Darth Maul models are made of black IP-coated steel and feature solar-powered quartz movements. The R2-D2 model is a solar-powered watch utilizing a high-resolution Active matrix E-ink display (Solar Digital quartz).
