As for the movement, it uses the 70-hour power reserve automatic Cal. 3255, with 100-meter water resistance, which is Rolex’s current top-tier movement.

In addition to the rumors that the Rolex Day-Date Emoji might be bidding farewell, this could also include the Oyster Perpetual Celebration Dial, which you’re likely familiar with, along with other colorful dials that stirred the world previously. I chose to feature this model because even when not discontinued, it was already a rare "off-catalog" item. If you have the chance to find one before the news is confirmed and you have the funds ready, don’t hesitate—go for it. Keep it for the long term; even if it doesn't turn the profit you hoped for, it will certainly make a statement.
