You might be confused by the name "Black-Steel" when looking at the photos, as the case is not made of blackened steel. This is because Bell & Ross is referring to the watch's theme, which stands out by combining a brushed steel case with polished edges alongside the use of black on the dial and strap. It is well-known that B&R's iconic shape is derived from aircraft cockpit instrument gauges, establishing it as a tool watch designed for utility. However, with a sleeker, more refined design and minimalist aesthetics, B&R has gained wider popularity. To provide peace of mind to all our customers and collectors, if there is any malfunction or deviation from standard timekeeping not caused by improper use by the customer, we are happy to perform repairs free of charge within the warranty period. If any parts are defective, Pixiu Watch will use 100% genuine parts from the respective brand's service center.
Buyback and Trade-in Policy
To facilitate our customers in upgrading their watches or converting them to cash, we offer a guaranteed buyback and trade-in price, though reasonable maintenance fees may be deducted if there are signs of heavy wear, such as dents, chips, or scratches on the crystal. Furthermore, we guarantee a full refund if a watch purchased from us is found to be counterfeit or contains counterfeit parts that were not disclosed by the shop in advance.
