MB&F is an indie watch brand with an otherworldly, space-age aesthetic, but in truth, MB&F produces “horological machines,” not just watches. By taking all the knowledge from watchmakers of the 70s and 80s that is still in use today and building upon it to develop their signature 3D movements, they have found their unique selling point. The LM1 was created to pay homage to the heritage passed down by master watchmakers of the past, featuring a 44mm 18K rose gold round case, traditional Geneva waves on a charcoal-grey dial, and two pocket-watch-style time zone subdials on porcelain plates, paired with blued steel hands. The real highlight is the ability to set time differences down to the minute, rather than just the hour, made possible by developing a regulating system inspired by the masterwork of 18th and 19th-century artisans. This features a massive balance wheel with a balance spring, suspended by an arch bridge inspired by the Eiffel Tower, and a vertical power reserve indicator at 6 o’clock. This bridge and indicator represent the “3D” aspect of this manual-winding movement, all housed beneath a domed sapphire crystal. The exhibition case back reveals a movement with exquisite bevelling and finishing, and if you look closely, the balance wheel remains visible as expected. It comes on a brown alligator leather strap for a classic look. All of this constitutes the MB&F LM1 Legacy Machine, a unique presentation of time through mechanical art, and of course, for a precious gold timepiece like this, you can trust me—it is a truly worthwhile investment.

However, due to the numerous factors that can affect watch performance, we cannot account for every variable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% that our watches will perform exactly like new items straight from a boutique. Consequently, Pixiu Watch is pleased to cover any discrepancies in the condition of the watch that we may have missed by providing a 1-year warranty on the movement of any watch purchased or traded through our store, effective from the date of purchase or trade. To provide peace of mind to all our customers and collectors, if there is any malfunction or deviation from standard timekeeping not caused by improper use by the customer, we are happy to perform repairs free of charge within the warranty period. If any parts are defective, Pixiu Watch will use 100% genuine parts from the respective brand's service center.
Buyback and Trade-in Policy
To facilitate our customers in upgrading their watches or converting them to cash, we offer a guaranteed buyback and trade-in price, though reasonable maintenance fees may be deducted if there are signs of heavy wear, such as dents, chips, or scratches on the crystal. Furthermore, we guarantee a full refund if a watch purchased from us is found to be counterfeit or contains counterfeit parts that were not disclosed by the shop in advance.
