Cutting-edge coolness with an unconventional display known as the ROCS (Ressence Orbital Convex System), featuring an asymmetric regulator timekeeping system where the displays rotate around the dial as time progresses, much like a customizable smartwatch interface—yet powered entirely by mechanical components and magnetic conductors housed under a domed crystal and titanium case. All dial elements are hand-applied with luminous material, offering a stunning glow in the dark. Settings and winding are managed via the case back. Therefore, we cannot guarantee 100% that our watches will perform exactly like new items straight from a boutique. Consequently, Pixiu Watch is pleased to cover any discrepancies in the condition of the watch that we may have missed by providing a 1-year warranty on the movement of any watch purchased or traded through our store, effective from the date of purchase or trade. To provide peace of mind to all our customers and collectors, if there is any malfunction or deviation from standard timekeeping not caused by improper use by the customer, we are happy to perform repairs free of charge within the warranty period. If any parts are defective, Pixiu Watch will use 100% genuine parts from the respective brand's service center.
Buyback and Trade-in Policy
To facilitate our customers in upgrading their watches or converting them to cash, we offer a guaranteed buyback and trade-in price, though reasonable maintenance fees may be deducted if there are signs of heavy wear, such as dents, chips, or scratches on the crystal. Furthermore, we guarantee a full refund if a watch purchased from us is found to be counterfeit or contains counterfeit parts that were not disclosed by the shop in advance.
